This week - I wasn't sure what to take pictures of, as I don't own anything that is vintage, so I went for a drive and found this old hotel building in downtown Red Deer....so I figured, why not?
(I changed my photos to black & white, to give them more of the "vintage" look :)
We are house sitting for some friends and I found this in their living room!

Oh, WOW! I think you may win this week, KB! Wonderful photos and I like that you did them in black and white as it definitely adds to the vintage look. I LOVE the Buffalo Hotel! Those old vintage hotels...every Alberta town has one - I love the old style and fire escapes on the side. The trunk is to die for but Dad would kill me if I brought another one home...hee hee. When are we going to an auction again? We HAVE to go once this summer! Maybe when Mandy is here as I think she said she wanted to go with us sometime...
